Squaddy, Some counties use commas to mark decimals but many countries ( maybe most countries) use a decimal point (dot) to mean a decimal.
Some countries use a comma to separate numbers into groups of 3 digitis
ex. 53million 290 thousand and 78 could be written
53 290 078
or
53,290,078
The comma in this question is in a really strange place. I am not sure what the asker meant.
$${\sqrt{{\mathtt{60\,000\,000}}}} = {\mathtt{7\,745.966\: \!692\: \!414\: \!833\: \!770\: \!4}}$$
Should you however mean to use the comma to mark decimals:
$${\sqrt{{\mathtt{6}}}} = {\mathtt{2.449\: \!489\: \!742\: \!783\: \!178\: \!1}}$$
