So I will tell you that there are no solutions to this because you cannot find the square root of a negative number.
A negative x a negative = a positive
a positive x a positive = a positive
No (real) number times by itself = a negative : so there are no solutions.
The square root of -1220 isn't defined on the real numbers.
On the complex numbers it is given as
$$\sqrt{-1220}=\imath \sqrt{1220}=2\imath \sqrt{305}$$
where
$$\imath = \sqrt{-1}$$
