Pi is NOT infinite - Pi is an  irrational number      

irational numbers do have an infinte number of decimal places but the number it self is definitely not infinite (not infinity)!

This is an approximation.

The answer is an infinite answer, just as pi is infinite.. 3.14159265... (... being infinity)
