you will have to be more specific with your question.

15% of what? if you are talking about 15% of 342,000, here how you do it.

when you are adding 15% of a value (342,000) to the value (342,000), you do this.$${\mathtt{342}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{1.15}} = {\frac{{\mathtt{3\,933}}}{{\mathtt{10}}}} = {\mathtt{393.3}}$$

hope this helped :)
