I can't seem to understand what you mean by this...
maybe put parenthesis around some things to clarify if this is wrong but what I'm thinking is that you mean this-->[2m(n^2)][(sqrt5)m(n^2)]
so then I think you just factor it so it's (5+sqrt2)m(n^2)?
I'm not sure if I read this correctly though and would greatly appreciate it if you could clarify
