30 miles / 2 minutes =   15 mile/min   (this is probably the one you want)

 

or

 

2 min / 30 mile =  1/15  min/mile

Or maybe

 

30 / 2   =  x /60           cross-multiply

 

60*30   = 2x

 

1800  = 2x

 

x =  900mi / hr
