I didn't think about the problem and what that was supposed to be, both ways work though.

12 because 1/5 of 20 is 4, so 4*3 = 12
I think this is how you do it so first
20 multiplied by 3/4
20/1 then multiply 3/4=60/5
then divide 5 and 60 and you should get 12
Wouldn't that make it 60/4, because 3/4 * 20/1 = 60/4?
... Well, but it is supposed to be 3/5 You multiply 3/4*20/1 and get 60/5 and divide 60 and 5 and you should get 12 as your answer!! ;)
