If you are too stupid to work out perimeter then I suggest you pick another profession. If you can't work out perimeters then you will definitely not be able to work out dose rates and your going to k**l someone!!

As an M.D. , I can tell you Melody is quite correct.   You'll need a LOT of math in the medical field.  We calculate a lot of things based on body weight (switching between kg and lbs), BMI, pH, dosages, concentrations, flow rates, and a host of physiologic equations.....you WILL 'off' someone if you make a mistake.....Keep at the MATH!!!
