where is the greater than and less than sign

If you mean on the keyboard, then it is next to the M key on a computer, and on a mobile keyboard, pressing .?123 key and then #+= key will lead you there.

">" is the greater than sign: for example 9 > 4 is "nine is greater than four."

"<" is the less than sign: for example 9 < 11 is "nine is less then eleven."
