1. C, you are only squaring the x and multiplying it by 3.14, not anything else

2. C, to find the difference of two things, you subtract one from the other

3. A, you are buying m notebooks and each is 2.50, so the total is 2.50m and the same goes for the pens but n and 1.25 instead.
