What am I doing wrong?

most likely if its an internet image, then it would be flagged for mod.
Happens to me a lot
+118670 Maybe you are sometimes blocked for a short period of time until a mod unblocks you...
Even I am blocked if I post a web link.
Once you have been unblocked there is no trail left behind (that i can see) to indicate that you were ever blocked in the first place.
+1713 My questions were being constantly blocked and also the posts in which I used an excess of capital letters.
Actually just about anything with like 5 capital letters in a row...
