Hello Guest!

$$9r+11p=62.38\\ 9r+11(r+0.18)=62.38\\ 20r=62.38-11\cdot 0.18\\ 20r=60.4$$

$$r=3.02$$

The price of regular is  $3.02/gallon $$p=3.02+0.18$$ $$p=3.20$$ The price of premium is$3.20/gallon
