I don't think it's possible to put an equal sign in the website's calculator, unless you have a keyboard attached to your computer.
So, basically, I don't think you can do this from a mobile device.
Here's how you do this if you have a keyboard attached to you computer:
1. Open up the website's calculator. You can find this here: http://web2.0calc.com/
2. Type in the equation you want to calculate, and simply press = on your keyboard to get the equal sign
3. Press the equal sign on the calculator to solve the equation.
Here's an example. To get the equal sign I pressed the = sign on my keyboard.
And now I pressed equal on the calculator to get:

You had
$$y=\frac{1}{4}x-3$$
but it looks like it is really
$$y=-\frac{1}{4}x-3$$
