0/0 is 0 right? because zero means no value so there is nothing to divide?

No....this is known as an "indeterminate" form....to see why.......

 

0 / 0    could equal any real number because  any real number multiplied by the denominator of 0  will return the numerator of 0.......thus......we have an infinite number of reals to choose from !!!!.....i.e., 0 / 0   could return an infinite number of "values" and we can't determine which of these might be "correct"
