$$\frac15n+\frac32=\frac3{10}n$$             Subtract  $$\frac15n$$  from both sides of the equation.

$$\frac32=\frac3{10}n-\frac15n \\~\\ \frac32=\frac3{10}n-\frac2{10}n$$

$$\frac32=\frac1{10}n$$                        Multiply both sides of the equation by  10  .

$$10\,*\,\frac{3}2=n \\~\\ \frac{30}{2}=n \\~\\ 15=n$$
