It might help to SEE how to do this:
-1/8 / 9/4 is EQUAL to -1/8 x 4/9 (Ya see?....I took the lower fraction and flipped it over and turned it into a MULTIPLICATION problem)
-1/8 x 4/9 = -4/72 = -2 /36 = -1/18
