e can mean 2 different things, was this a calculator display?
If it was then I expect it means
1.8915071e+19 = \(1.8915071\times 10^{19}\)
e is also the symbol used for euler number or napier's constant.
This is confusing too because most people call it the Euler number but Euler's constant is a different number again. 
anyway
e = 2.7182818284590452
so it could mean
\(1.8915071\times e^{+19}\)
1.8915071*e^+19 = 337600539.4962055425176993
Or maybe I was not meant to insert the power sign and it could mean
1.8915071*e +19 = 24.1416493783312661
