1. Angle ABC is taken by a dilation with center P and scale factor 3 to angle A'B'C'. The measure of angle ABC is 21°. What is the measure of angle A'B'C'?

1.  Not sure about this  one, GM......but  the dilation of an angle  only changes  the length of each of the "arms"  of the angle, but does  not change  its  measure

 

So A'B'C'  also  measures  21    [ I think ]

 

 

2.  New perimeter =  scale factor x old perimeter  = (3/2) * 18 =  27 units
