can u translate to Mbps this number?

my teacher say the result is 24 Mbps

If we assume the 106 accounts for the M (Mega), and note that log2(16) = 4, then we have:

 

 R = (10/1024)*(768*4/1.125) → 7680/(256*1.125) → 80/3 → 26.7 Mbps

However, if the 0.125 in the denominator were to be 0.25 instead, then the result would be 24 Mbps.
