(12^4)*(3^-2)*(4^-2)

$$(12^4)*(3^{-2})*(4^{-2}) \\\\
= \dfrac{12^4}{(3^2)(4^2)} \\\\
= \dfrac{12^4}{(3*4)^2} \\\\
= \dfrac{12^4}{12^2} \\\\
= 12^{4-2} \\\\
= 12^{2} \\\\
= 144$$

$$\left({{\mathtt{12}}}^{{\mathtt{4}}}\right){\mathtt{\,\times\,}}\left({{\mathtt{3}}}^{-{\mathtt{2}}}\right){\mathtt{\,\times\,}}\left({{\mathtt{4}}}^{-{\mathtt{2}}}\right) = {\mathtt{144}}$$
