13e^x-5=10     add 5 to both sides

13e^x = 15      divide both sides by 13

e^x  = 15/13    take the ln of both sides

ln e^x  = ln (15/13)     and we can write

x ln e  = ln (15/13)     and ln e = 1......so we have

x  = ln(15/13)  = about .143
