$${\frac{\left({\mathtt{16}}{\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\frac{{\mathtt{2}}}{{\mathtt{3}}}}\right)}{{\mathtt{100}}}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{15}} = {\frac{{\mathtt{5}}}{{\mathtt{2}}}} = {\mathtt{2.5}}$$

Well, I would assume that you would need to turn your fraction into a decimal, but because 2/3 is a repeating fraction, you would have to get an estimated answer. Therefore, if we mulitply by .16666666666667, you would get roughly 2.50000000000005
