$$18z^2-24x^2$$

What do you want me to do with this.  I cannot simplify for there are no like terms.

Do you want me to factorise?

$$6(3z^2-4x^2)$$

Now that is not very exciting.  :))

I suppose that it also equals

$$6(\sqrt3\;z+2x)(\sqrt3\;z-2x)$$

but it is still not very exciting
