Call the number of sides of the first polygon, a and the number of sides of the second polygon, b

The sum of the interior angles is given by

[ (a - 2) + (b - 2)] * 180 = 1980

[ a + b] - 4 = 11

[ a + b ] = 15

b = 15 - a

The number of diagonals in a polygon = n(n - 3) / 2 where n is the number of sides

So....the sum of the diagonals is

(a) (a - 3) / 2 + (b)(b - 3)/ 2 = 34

a^2 - 3a + b^2 - 3b = 68

a^2 + b^2 - 3(a + b) = 68

a^2 + b^2 - 3(15) = 68

a^2 + b^2 = 113

a^2 + (15 - a)^2 = 113

a^2 + a^2 - 30a + 225 = 113

2a^2 - 30a + 112 = 0

a^2 - 15a + 56 = 0

(a - 7) (a - 8) = 0

So...a = 7 , b = 8 or a = 8, b = 7

So....the positive difference between their number of sides =1

So....their volume will be ;

(2/3)pi (6)^2 (5) = 120 pi unit's^3

The second object only needs a half rotation around y to form a solid and it will form a cone with a radius if 5 and a height of 6

So....its volume will be :

(1/3) pi (5^2) (6) = 50 pi units^3

So...the diference between their volumes is 70 pi units^3
