Help me solve 25x(x+5) There might be more questions on the way

You have to distibute 25x to x and 5.

25x times x is 25x squared.

25x times 5 is 125x.

 

Your final solution is:

25x^2+125x

I can't solve it, There is nothing to solve!

I can expand it though.

$$25x(x+5)=25x*x+25x*5=25x^2+125x$$

Or the x might mean multiplication.

You have to do the same, though.

 

25 times x is 25x.

25 times 5 is 125. 

 

You would get:

 

25x+125

We don't have anything to "solve" here, Dragon....just to "expand"....

I take it that you meant:  (25x)(x+5)

Taking it term by term ,we have  (25x)*(x) = 25x^2

And (25x)*(5) = 125x

So putting this all together gives us

25x^2 + 125x   ....!!!
