Do not know what format you are looking for, but here are some possibilities:

= (25^1 * y^6)^1/4

= 25^(1*1/4)  *  y^(6*1/4)

=25^(1/4) * y^(6/4)

=(5^2)^1/4 * y^3/2

=5^(2/4) * y^3/2)

=5^(1/2) * y^(3/2)

=sqrt (5) *  y^(3/2)

=\(\sqrt{5}\)\(\sqrt[2]{y^3}\)
