We have

3*√[(4)(5)]  = 3*√4*√5 = 3*2*√5 = 6*√5

So we have

6*√5 * 6*√5

And since we can multiply in any order, we have

6 * 6 * √5 * √5 =  36 * √25 = 36 * 5  = 180
