3(3-3)(3+9) 3-3

Do you mean: 3(3-3)(3+9)*3-3 ?

You must always calculate what's in the paranthesis first. Remember the order  in arithmetics:

1. Calculate the things in the paranthesis.

2. multiply and divide  (* and :)

3. Add and subtract     (+ and -)

Ok we see that there are four factors: 3, 3, (3-3) and (3+9). We observe that 3-3 = 0. Therefore the product (answer in a multiplication) is 0:

3(3-3)(3+9)*3-3 = 0*3-3 = 0-3 = -3
