Actually, you are multiplying by 100 %, not 100.
As 100 = 100 * 100 % = 10 000%
I think this is what you mean:
3/7=0.428571.... x 100=42.8571%
no, 100 * 100% = 100
because PERCENT (%) is meusured in .01.
so YOU try multiply by 100% to get it, but if you multiply by 100%, you are just multiplying by 1.
