Not sure what you mean

$$\\\sqrt[3^8] { 4^2}\\ =\left(4^2\right)^{\left(\frac{1}{3^8}\right)}\\\\ =2^{\left(\frac{2^2}{3^8}\right)}\\\\ =2^{\left(\frac{2^2}{81^2}\right)}\\\\ =2^{\left(\frac{4}{6561}\right)}\\\\$$

I am just muck around here  but I think that they are all equivalent :)
