I assume this is supposed to be

3(X-2)<7X-10      if so, simplifying the left side, we have

3X - 6 < 7X  - 10   add10 to both sides and subtract 3X from both sides

4 < 4X        divide both sides by 4

1 < x    or, expressed another way, x > 1
