You made a caresless error anon.  So it is not quite right :(

$$\\\frac{30}{140}\times\frav{1}{6}\\\\ =\frac{3}{14}\times\frac{1}{6}\\\\ =\frac{1}{14}\times\frac{1}{2}\\\\ =\frac{1}{28}$$

(30/140) x (1/6)

30/140 becomes 3/14

(3/10) x (1/6)

to multiply fractions, you multiply the numerators together and the denominators together.

(3x1)/(10x6)

3/60 <=> 1/20

the answer is 1/20
