x = 10

 

2.)

2x + 3x + 3x = 180

 

x = 45/2

 

y = 2x

y=2(45/2)

y=45

1 The two labelled angleas are the same measure    so  130 = 8x +50     solve for x

2  Triangles angles add to 180   so   180 = 2x + 3x + 2x       solve for x   angle s = 2x

3 I assume   5x is actually 5y

     angles add to 180 degrees   so     2y+20   +  5y  + 40 = 180     solve for y

4 AC and AB are same length so   2x+23 = 4x+1     solve for x and substitute into  3x-8 to find  BC
