(4+x)(7+x)

Multiplying the 7 and 4 we get 28

Then multiplying the 7 times x and the 4 times x  and adding them together, we get 11x

And multiplying x times x produces x ²

And putting this together we have

x ² + 11x + 28

And that's it!!
