I  think  that  this is    

4 sin  x   - 1   =   0      add 1 to both sides

4sin x  =  1                 divide both sides by 4

sin x   = 1 / 4             take the  arcsin

arcsin ( 1/4)  = x  ≈  14.48°  +  n*360°

And      x  =    165.52°  + n*360°        where n is an  integer in  both cases
