If this is the problem:  (5.2 x 10^7) / (2 x 10^-4)

then the answer is 2.6 x 10^11.

5.2 ÷ 2  =  2.6

10^7 ÷ 10^-4  =  10^(7 - -4)  =  10^(7 + 4)  =  10^11  (when you divide two numbers with the same base, subtract their exponents)
