For a number to be in scientific notation, it must be in the form \(a * 10^{b}\), where \(1 \leq a < 10\). Since 5.320 is already between 1 and 10, we leave it alone and put \(10^0\), since it is equal to 1. So, \(5.320 = 5.320 * 10^0\)
