so well solve it like this !

(6*3)x + 4 + 2x

=18x + 4 + 2x  ( 6 and 3 have been multiplied )

=18x + 2x + 4   (arranged in same values together )

=20x+4   ANSWER  ( 18x and 2x have been added )
