65% of responses complete, 58% are men, 18% are men that did not complete. What is the probability that a respondent selected at random is female and did not complete?

I drew up a 3 by 3 grid to help me answer this.

the headings along the top are Male, Female, Totals

the headings down the side are  Complete, not complete and total,

The box on the bottom right is 100% because is everybody.

With the info you have you can fill out all the corner boxes.

Now use addition and subraction to fill out the other boxes and answer the question
