Picometres can be used to measure movement in atoms.  At least I think that is what the article is saying.

1 nm = 1000 pm so 95 pm = 0.095 nm 

You can do the addition.

Melody....I think "nm" and "pm" refer to nanometers and picometers......I could be wrong, however...!!!
