The first step you would do is distribute the 7 to both the variable r and 4. After that your equation should be 7r+28-11r. Then after that combine like terms with are your r's. So what you can basically do is add 11 to both sides of the equation which is 18r = 28. After that divide 18 on both sides to get the r alone. See whaht number can go into both 18 and 28 which is 2. Furthermore, you still have to simplify your fraction in which is 12 over 9. The number that is divisible by those two numbers is 3, your fianl answer should be 4/3 as a fraction.
