Whoa there, ND...your first answer...... 72/7....... is correct

But this isn't equal to 7 + 2/7  which = 51/7

72/7 is actually   =  10 + 2/7

Be careful, here......

9 Is really the same as 9/1, so our new equation is 

9/1 ÷ 7/8

9/1 * 8/7           ---To divide fractions, multiply by the recprical. In other words, flip-flop the second fraction.

72/7

or

7 and 2/7

^Really is 10 and 2/7, not 7 and 2/7
