I haven't used a scientific calculator for these types of problems. I need someone to show me what to do, what buttons to push, so I can answer the problems myself.

I personally would simplify it (in my head) BEFORE I entered it into a calculator.
\(A(7)=4300(1/2)^{7/14}\\ A(7)=4300*(0.5)^{0.5}\)
this can be entered as
4300*0.5^0.5=
or
4300*0.5 [xy] 0.5=
But if you want to enter it as is
\(A(7)=4300(1/2)^{7/14}\)
4300*(1/2)^(7/14)=
will work just the same :)
So the symbol for power of is the caret (or hat) ^ or sometimes it is a button that looks like this xy
4300*(1/2)^(7/14) = 3040.5591591021543549
