A certain TV show recently had a share of 80, meaning that among the TV sets in use, 80% were tuned to that show. Assume that an advertiser wants to verify that 80% share value by conducting its own survey, and a pilot survey begins with 12 households having TV sets in use at the time of the TV show broadcast. What is the probability that at least 11 households are tuned to the TV show?

At least 11 means either 11 or 12:

Probability of 11:  12C11·(.80^11)·(.20^1)

Probability of 12:  12C12·(.80^12)·(.20^0)

Find the above two probabilities and add them.

If at most one household is tuned to Lindsay and

Tobias,

does it appear that the

2020%

share value is wrong? Why or why not?
