$$V = \pi r^2 h \\\\
h = \dfrac{V}{\pi r^2} \quad | \quad r = 3.5\ cm \quad V=416\ cm^3 \\\\
h = \dfrac{416}{\pi (3.5)^2} = 10.81 \ cm \\$$
