Use this formula:Wavelength=c/v, where c is the speed of light, and v the frequency.

6.33 X 10^-7=3 X 10^8/v

v=3 X 10^8/6.33 X 10^-7

v=4.74 X 10^14 Hertz, so obviously your answer is "b"
