The answer is not 2.

2 mutliplied by itself once is 2x2 = 4     22

2 mutliplied by itselft twice is 2x2x2 = 8    23

2 mutliplied by itself three times is 2x2x2x2 = 16    24

2 mutliplied by itself four times is 2x2x2x2x2 = 32    25

x multiplied by itself n times is x(n+1)

So, if x is multiplied by itself five time, this is x6

So, xequals 32

or x equals   6√32

It is 2. (2x2) is 4 then you do another(2x2) which gives you 4 and (4x4) is 16 and times 2 is 32 (2x2x2x2x2)=32 You are only using 2 so the answer is 2 because when you multiply 2 five times by itself you get 32.
