\(\frac{4}{3}*(3.0*10^{-3})^3\\ =\frac{4}{3}*3^3*10^{-9}\\ =4*3^2*10^{-9}\\ =4*9*10^{-9}\\ =36*10^{-9}\\ =3.6*10^{+1}*10^{-9}\\ =3.6*10^{-8}\\\)

 

So no, i guess it does not :))

4/3*(3.0*10^-3)^3  =

 

(4/3)(3^3 * 10^-9)  =

 

[ 4 * 3^3] / 3   *   10^-9  =

 

4*3^2 * 10^-9 =

 

4 * 9 * 10^-9  =

 

36 * 10^-9  =

 

3.6 * 10^-8
