Draw the triangle

Let the angle that you want be $$x$$

The supplementary angle inside the triangle is  $$\pi-x$$    radians

$$\\sin(\pi-x)=59/65\\\\
\pi-x=asin(59/65)$$

asin is short for arcsine which is the same as inverse sine

Set you calc to radians and solve :)
