Use the information provided to write the standard form equation of the circle.

Center: \((-3,-17)\)

Point of Circle: \((-2,-18)\)

a) \((x+17)^2 +(y-3)^2 =2 \)

b) \((x-3)^2+(y-17)^2=2\)

c) \((x+2)^2+(y-15)^2=4\)

d) \((x+3)^2+(y+17)^2=2\)

Use distance formula between the center and the point given to calculate   r = sqrt 2

standard form of circle with center h, k    is    (x-h)^2 + ( y-k) ^2  = r^2

soooo    ( x+3)^2    + (y+17)^2 = 2
